the pool was out of service.

breakfast included sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles, bagels, yogurt and more

parking lot is a round about and it's kinda convenient

we kept checking our vehicle, cause we kept hearing lots of cars in the parking lot running,

the beds are comfortable and breakfast is good

the pool is nice for smaller kids, the hot tub is nice, though the jets could be

tries to find it all but they can t, their washing machines never turn off, i went to their laundry room a

the kids really wanted to swim and they only allow one family to swim every hour

when i came down from taking my bags to my room, she waited to drive off, reserving her parking for me

didn t like the fact that a soccer team was there a lot of kids it was extremely noisy i thought i was housed

kids were running the halls before 8am, yelling and slamming doors

parking sucked,my room had mold all over, the floor was wet and there were dirty towels left on the

parking lot need more spaces to park.

additionally the pool was out of order which was not stated on the web

the pool open, elevators working properly, ice machine on every floor, and no leaking water.

working elevator, pool empty, when checking in guest complained about no power in room, ceiling showed water

was no late check out

good location from downtown. laundry just across the street

& i travel often & even in chicago we do not pay for wifi

6 had switched wifi vendors and i couldn't get on

gated parking with key card required to enter the location
