& i travel often & even in chicago we do not pay for wifi

they had a laundry room that didn t even work, the ice machine didn t work nor did the drink

gated parking with key card required to enter the location

i was driving a 26-foot moving van and towing a car, but there was easy parking space available very friendly

laundry facility across the road to do our washing, clean facilities and accessible by public

really liked the kitchen.

the laundry facility had several out-of-order washers and dryers

trash left in the trash can just very unpleasant stay even doe the manager did adjustments on the pet

wifi was very slow

and acceptably clean, and much more user friendly than a standard hotel room, with the full size kitchen and

wifi was good

laundry facilities are worthless

room is clean and spacious and there s secure gated parking

breakfast was awesome, the staff was slow but nice

working elevator, pool empty, when checking in guest complained about no power in room, ceiling showed water

the pool open, elevators working properly, ice machine on every floor, and no leaking water.

parking lot need more spaces to park.

parking sucked,my room had mold all over, the floor was wet and there were dirty towels left on the

additionally the pool was out of order which was not stated on the web

really made my stay super comfy and convenient with free parking and wifi

the facilities were small such as the gym area and the bathroom wasn t that great.

staff friendly, was allowed an early check in

parking facilities close to the entrance and reasonably priced

listed as pet friendly, but there's not really anywhere to take your pet outside

lobby area and our room was clean for a smoking room didn t smell like smoke when we arrived

should have been told about the pet fee on making my reservations i wouldn't have stayed there i have never had

didnt have a phone, so i had to go from the 4th floor to the 1st floor for simple things like the wifi password

only thing i didnt like is how people would throw their trash in the parking lot
