clean rooms, had jr swim out, pool and swim up bar were excellent, very nice beach, butler service (pedro) was first rate, fun evening (+) there is 3 pool areas and we enjoyed the main pool more, but would have loved if the bar was opened (but not due to covid) (+) the rooms are very large with extra large shower, two shower heads, great chocolate soap-bar, mini-bar and also a large balcony (-) minibar is not a bar at all to be honest (+) the staff at the sport bar was so accommodating, they even helped my husband find the dominican baseball game he wanted to (+) the main lobby bar - mary & alexander was amazing, provided amazing service (+) food was amazing loveddd everything, there are some bar where the drinks werent as good as the others but overall it was great
