pool was down

it was so rough that my kids were complaining how scratchy they were

pleasant staff in the breakfast area

so we missed breakfast

very spacious rooms, nice kitchen with full fridge

in the evening there were some drunk teenagers roaming around the parking lot and the hotel lobby/gym/pool areas

breakfast is too generic, eggs was terrible and the room above and before mine on the first floor

gym opens at 6am apparently and was rudely kicked out

i loved the fact that its a laundry room (very clean) and i took advantage of that as well

i was told the manager was doing the laundry and would bring them

that worked the frigerator was broke so all the food went bad not only wasn't supposed to be kitchen at with two beds all we got was a fridge it was supposed to have a stove a refrigerator and

my sister requested and played for a kitchenet but didn't get one

had to wait for the room to be ready and laundry to be delivered as it was running late

there was a broken laundry or garbage

there’s a lady who works in the laundry room and she makes a lot of customers uncomfortable because her nasty look she gives you up

had a kitchenette, but the stove didn’t work

kitchen cabinets were completely

basic cable tv, free wifi as well and a small laundry room nearby

no coffee pot, roaches and no electrical outlets in the kitchen area.

when he got home and checked his statement there were charges from the bar or restaurant that were not from us

great view; very nice room; gym was good.

area walkable to most bars, restaurants and attractions

had to call the room service staff to do it

the pool looked nice even though it was covered, room was spacious and i like the sink was
