no hot water no wifi

to pay for wifi it just looked old and rundown had to run the hor water for five minutes before it got

the laundry room is very nasty. not sure if they have anyone who comes to clean it up.

a difference, bathroom door had been kicked in and poorly patched, missing doors on cabinets, wifi connected

there were a few roaches in my room and the laundry room wasn t the best

would not honor the fact my dog was added into the price online and made me pay an additional pet fee

i liked the room, because of the kitchen area it was very useful.

the staff were nice, rooms clean, enjoyed having a kitchen as well.

they over charged for the pet fees, usually its 25 and 5 each additional night, they charged me 25 per night

everything from the exterior, easy parking, check-in, the room itself and check-out was letter perfect

did not like that the smoking room i had gotten there had no sign of a spray or anything that was used while

was right there and opened it up and grab the cups and walked outside and dumped my water in the parking lot

raggey and old, nothing special wifi wouldn't work.

access to wifi, well let me say that the guest wifi requires a password which is fine but i wasn't given it

there s no wifi. rooms stink. 0 customer service.

no tv, wifi couldn't connect. water ran in tub constantly.

the room had roku set up along with netflix and other services we could supposedly use, but the wifi did not

there were a lot of homeless looking people roaming around outside in the parking lot all night but none of

handicap parking was inconvenient.

is very spacious; feel luxurious; has room service and a night owl service

the pool is fantastic and having the bathrooms, bar and elevator nearby it was great

more spa services slots available for guests that are staying.

gym small but is equipped with all necessary equipment to work out

and shuttle service to the furniture market in high point was a plus

comfort of room and good breakfast!

airport shuttle was not in operation when we stayed just after christmas

room a bit small, not so many choses of food for breakfast.

webb sight did not tell us about extra charge for pets which the motel agreed to wave

the only thing that would make our stay better was if the pool was heated!

love the staff , and the upgrades the pool and most of all they keep me safe, u won't catch me anywhere but

wifi wasn't good shows they have it couldn't connect in my room. breakfast was lousy

disappointed, brought it to the attention of staff and the reply i got was next time get a non smoking room, it

the breakfast & the rroms are pretty nice. i also enjoy their pool when i use it.

well lit, splendid parking, smiling staff, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast

the room was spacious and comfortable. the bed was amazing! lots of parking!
