a non-smoking room is housed with a room full of smokers on every side

facility was old and lacked cleanliness. remote to television did not work. wifi was very poor.

love the staff , and the upgrades the pool and most of all they keep me safe, u won't catch me anywhere but

my daughter was my guest for the spa, the indoor pool and golf outing on sunday

the gym was nice

bartender at the lobby bar where we grabbed some food made the stay

no close parking

room service was on point

the maids were nice, though you cannot opt of room service if staying more than one night

the room had roku set up along with netflix and other services we could supposedly use, but the wifi did not

the kitchen has a stove and sink.

there s garbage everywhere outside in the parking lot and in the breezeways

tried to keep an open mind, grilling in the parking lot, nursing pitbull running around

kitchen nice, big pantry closet, new frig and microwave

kitchen had no utensils, plates, cups, pots, nothing

was no wifi all weekend, no refrigerator and i dont mind charging me before i get there but why wait a

i loved the kitchen area. the room was cozy and provided what i needed.

room was non smoking but it smelt like smoke from all the smokers out side the door

had a little kitchenette every thing worked fine

(3) laundry room was extraneous to be in lobby

besides wifi issues nothing was wrong with the property.

there was not a lot of lighting in the parking lot

that there was a full kitchen and the location is in great proximity to everything.

hotel parking lot was not well lit

i did see a couple of roaches and some sketchy activity at night in the parking lot

pool could ve been cleaned.

i like the service and the breakfast and also parking is free

only thing that would make for the absolute perfection is if only the pet fee can be a bit lower

the very friendly staff, great selection for breakfast.

wifi was terrible

staff were above and beyond! breakfast, dinner and bar were a parents dream!

is a pet friendly hotel, people are bringing untrained pets to the dining area

elliptical machines both were not gym quality (treadmills were).

breakfast had a great variety but wasn't very good

i didn't realize it was pet friendly.

the homeless/drug induced strangers walking through the parking lot and around the facility made it feel unsafe

i liked the parking lot, very easy to navigate.

parking lot isn t big enough due to all the other hotels sharing it

clean ,the heater is really warm , decent breakfast for on the go

the fitness center was closed.

breakfast was disappointing compared to the price and other hotel i've stayed in gives a much more

the parking lot was littered. needs cleaning.

the laundry room is very nasty. not sure if they have anyone who comes to clean it up.

no hot water no wifi

to pay for wifi it just looked old and rundown had to run the hor water for five minutes before it got

a difference, bathroom door had been kicked in and poorly patched, missing doors on cabinets, wifi connected

i prefer free wifi when traveling.

to do my laundry that night, machines were full, went to do laundry again in the am was told it was closed

kids and adults running up and down the halls after 10pm

no free wifi unless becoming a member of hilton

it'd been nice if you can access the hotel from the hooters parking lot, but you can't

the pool was amazing and had great hours the breakfest had all the things my kids eat

pool was so dirty you couldn t not and would not want to swim in it

room a bit small, not so many choses of food for breakfast.

any thing but a wall and shrubs, also, i was just sadden that their was not indoor pool for the kids to play in

the pool will be bigger

and shuttle service to the furniture market in high point was a plus

really appreciate the customer service and breakfast was also great

the indoor pool still being open, was amazing and the gym was nicely equipped

one of the maintenance men was in the gym with the lights off having a grand time taking a nap, that he didn

came to this particular location because i knew it had a pool

clean staff was very nice great breakfast and good location

raggey and old, nothing special wifi wouldn't work.

i never could the wifi to work so i could do school work

access to wifi, well let me say that the guest wifi requires a password which is fine but i wasn't given it

the neighborhood was questionable to say the least. girl on the sidewalk smoking crack.

was right there and opened it up and grab the cups and walked outside and dumped my water in the parking lot
