i knew when i booked the rooms there wasn't a balcony thinking it wouldn't be so bad because the pool area had

parking is convenient

there was plenty of parking, though the lot was nearly full the monday we arrived late in the evening

breakfast was great and a wonderful hotel

the food for the continental breakfast wasn't cooked thoroughly and didn't taste good.

parking was not ample for guests

were dirty, elevator shouldn't be located across from hotel industrial laundry room or at least keep door shut

were upset that the pool wasn t open

the breakfast only included packaged rolls and cereal. it could have included more.

minor inconveniences: shower vent didn't work. breakfast was cereals and muffins

they're pet friendly, that was the most important part, very excepting of dogs

kids in the pool were very noisy and parents were not watching them

pool was always a bit dirty due to kids not washing off the sand from the beach

it is in heart of action of dewey beach so families w small kids need to know dewey is happening til late

pool is a good size and cleaned every morning

nothing they can control but just keep in mind if traveling with kids

the pool, jacuzzi was a wonderful way to end the evening

the maid vacuumed the sand in our bedroom. that was great. the pool was great.

our room had a spa tub with ocean view

supply a plastic laundry bag for soiled clothing.

the set up , free breakfast , great staff especially sara and amy , extended for us to use the pool

property was eco friendly, clean, plenty of parking and great location to the highway and to the city of milford

i enjoyed the breakfast and readily available toiletries, which were very convenient in case anything was

laundry situation: coin operated but not run by the hotel, so you need quarters which the hotel

same as my last visit, the wifi is still really slow and the tv content could be better

the toilet in my first smoking room needed flapper needed changed.
