the properties fault maybe just a design layout flaw - pool is mostly in the shade, so the water is a little

pool was always a bit dirty due to kids not washing off the sand from the beach

it is in heart of action of dewey beach so families w small kids need to know dewey is happening til late

were several rooms of college aged kids all partying together until late at night and then again in the morning

kids thought the dog tail towel holders were hilarious

the location, beds, & pool were perfection. would definitely book again!

parking fee 16 a day and pet fee 150 is too much

they don t clean your room without evening being asked and the pet fee is way too high at $150

only thing i would say is my son wanted some dumbbells weights in the gym but really you still get a good workout

they even had an arcade, coffee bar and little snack and medicine area
