room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious

also didn t like how the cleaning staff left all the dirty laundry in piles in the hallway all

laundry smell to room. bar and restaurant did not look as enticing as the many places nearby.

early check in was appreciated

the shower was also very nice and my room was ready for an early check in, which was much appreciated

also, the assistance and the fact that our early check in was facilitated, that was incredible

distance to everything in the quay, nice hotel bar & staff was super nice & very helpful on retrieving a lost item by a traveling friend

we are at the edge of the city and i did pop over the other side of the river for breakfast and laundry

it was a lovely hotel ideal location ud83dudc4c bar staff were so nice

they dug up a spare bed so the kids didn't have to sleep together, and

my daughter and i really enjoyed having our own spaces, and the convenience of the kitchen

room was excellent for families kids had 2 single beds n twlly then mum n dad had a double bed in a seperate

plus no room service , and that should be wrote on there hotel page

great service, location and fantastic gym and spa facilities

for example, we couldn t get through to room service to order food, we had to walk over to the restaurant ourselves

well equipment gym and also a fabulous outdoor pool and sauna

very welcoming and helpful staff both at reception and in the gym/pool area

wifi was great, coffee downstairs was awesome, and a lot of amenities to try out

was excellent everything spotlessly clean breakfast was perfect we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar on traditional music

drinking in bar and talking to different people. staff are so nice

convenient location. the hotel is clean in general. there’s a hotel bar downstairs.

than some 4* hotels coffee machine in rooms close to bus stop walking distance to town arrived early and reception very kindly assisted with early check in on one of our rooms to store luggage

i thought the 6 euro surcharge for room service to be a bit steep considering i ordered from the restaurant

my husband was not feeling well and they brought down extra blankets, tea and toast from room service and seemed genuinely kind and concerned

where wonderful travelled for kids birthdays and box of chocolates were awaiting for us on arrival, hotel was exceptionally clean

plenty of parking underground as well as surface - we used both as available

liked everything but would suggest a kids playroom for evening times where they could watch a film or play a few board games
