i had 2 kids that were 7-8 years old and they brought scooters and outdoor toys to be able to play outside

i didn't bring a pet just me my husband and 2 kids

wifi was strong there on the third floor

weekend we were there they had to do maintenance on the pool

the laundry and pool do not work

not enough soap,wifi went out

the breakfast was great and the room nice and clean.

the room was a good size for our family of 3. wifi was definitely a plus.

so i abandoned my wife and two kids, got back in the car and drove back to red roofs to ask them to call la

everything. not safe. not an environment you want to bring kids to.

laundry mat inside smelled of cigarettes everywhere hair that did not belong to us all in the room

too many pets and seen roaches when i was checking out.

of course the kids didn't complain much, but even after having the staff check to make sure the heater was on

my trip, i called the hotel and was told that the last shuttle was at 11pm

the parking garage was across the street so we had to haul bags and kids thru the garage then thru the mall

pool area needs updating. hopefully that's part of the current renovations.

the painting across from the elevators, when going to the pool/gym, has been slashed - when checking in, we

smell,no breakfast, remodeling going on noisy no room service for three days.

the hotel was newly remodeled. it was clean and nice. the breakfast was good.

very caring respectful and amazing breakfast had me feeling like a hime

won t have the biggest tv, but has wifi, good size refrigerator, big clean bathroom and fresh crispy sheets

large,clean room and overall house, gas fireplace, in room jacuzzi, peaceful

our room had the large spa tub, gas fireplace, and a large screen tv

eagles nest restaurant, the bar on first floor had great service

the water for the pool and hot tub was cold

room service was spotty- half done sone days or not at all. entrance is not at all obvious.

in the kitchen a slightly larger fridge would have been preferred

large lovely bed, two televisions, kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and fridge/freezer

the room and location was great. loved the reception and breakfast. the coffee was amazing.
