we chose this hotel because it has a really nice pool

the bar staff who took my food and drink orders were top notch and very helpful.

the room and location was great. loved the reception and breakfast. the coffee was amazing.

my kids all have special needs and had a lot of melt downs and take off they were very understanding

my sandwich at the bar was excellent and service was very kind

our room was exactly what we wanted and we had the best time, even without the pool being open

could use the pool across the parking lot, which is fine but being cold and having to bring young kids out in that and being wet is not ideal

for some i was rudely asked how many people were in our room, they were out of blankets so my kids

i did not use any of the fitness facilities since i was there for work
