just a suggestion to maybe fix the ladder at the pool

like that the hotel had a vintage kinda feel *the pool and gym were ok, never crowded

room had no wifi which was included, nice rooms, but you can tell they were renovated quickly with a few rough

we have 3 kids (6, 4 and 2 yo) and they all had a blast

breakfast was not included in price.

even tho i wasn't traveling with pets it's nice to know this hotel is pet friendly

my husband and i were pleasantly surprised that despite our room being on the ground level with parking literally

breakfast was crowded and did not really get food as groups sat down and stayed a long while

travelling so booked the double queen suite which had 2 queen beds in a separate bedroom, a small kitchen area

the pool, the laundry facilities, breakfast, fridge, microwave and coffee in room.

arrival was late and small kids needed to go to bed

kids loved the instant pancake maker

the gym was really good. the pool and spa were also great.

no pay per view movies no golf channel the noise on first floor from hockey kids and parents

room i booked was a king suite however it had no wifi in the room since the router couldn't reach that far

a pool would be nice. but realize cost would go up.

had to call at 3am to have staff deal with the noise of kids running and yelling in the hall

didn t know it was a pet friendly hotel and there was a dog barking like crazy

quiet even with kids playing in area and traffic

the pot smell in stair way entrances, no pool, not enough shower supplies.

5 hour commute from kitchener-waterloo with traffic

main floor coffee bar was closed when we wanted a quick morning bite, as was the main floor lounge bar when we

spa bath could have been bigger.
