i was having a rough day car trouble etc and they allowed a late check in and late check out for me and was extremely nice and understanding about it

very clean and friendly staff. the pool and spa were well maintained.

the amenities - lots of breakfast options and a nice gym and pool.

breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and there was onsite laundry

every thing location quiet good breakfast choices plenty of parking even for large trucks nearby

maker did not work laundry bathroom was locked lots of theft in the area

our room was clean and furniture in nice condition, it was nice to be able to do our dirty laundry and the pool and hot tub

year old an our safe being when we stay due to a few other hotels in town people are bein shot or kids bein ran over or hit or kidnapped an always accommodating my baby loves to

i asked multiple times for a broom or the room to be swept because i have kids it got dirty, never happened

the ability to have entertainment and bar in the evenings was great

amazing hotel. the kids loved the bunk bed

i had a zoom meeting but the wifi was so bad that i was constantly kicked off of my internet zoom meeting at 7 a

indoor pool was closed, only left the hot tub which was full of drunk young kids the whole time.

hotel was pretty dated, wifi was mediocre. keys often had to be recorded, which was a pain.

also i needed the wifi passcode which was on above mentioned card

they were in the weight room while i was across in the laundry room

ones appeared to play, outside in the back near the river - seeming only to be watching his kids

the pool and hot tub was out of order in and the gym was outdated

i wish there was more of a fitness center and they were out of a lot of items for breakfast.
