the spa was awesome. the room was large and comfortable.

to a larger suite for free due to it being the end of the season and loved having a fireplace and spa tub at our disposal

the best gym equipment i have seen at a hotel

meals on the veranda, the dining room and the at the grill and each had exceptional service, bar selections and amazing food

obviously my kids wanted to swim but the virus we understood

indoor pool was closed, only left the hot tub which was full of drunk young kids the whole time.

i asked multiple times for a broom or the room to be swept because i have kids it got dirty, never happened

i would not have felt safe having my kids in the halls

room faced the lobby and the pool along with the bar and grill is located in the lobby

parking is limited.

also, one tiny bar of soap really isn't enough for handwashing and showering for 2 nights

see it as a dislike personally, i didn’t mind it, but for others i’m pretty sure a limited breakfast is an issue for some reason

counter tops, broken jacuzzi, very limited breakfast, noisy (could easily hear the people above us walking across the floor)
