pretty much liked everything about it except the pool area

pricy for a one night stay… i would love to see a hotel as finely tuned as this without the kitchen area

restaurant we ate at was very nice with really good food (especially the kids portion of spaghetti bolognese - delicious (+)pool & hot tub with my teenage kids was a godsend (+)very clean and convenient. the restaurant served great food and very healthy including for kids (+)queen size beds in a big and clean room with a very nice view, that was perfect for me and my two kids (-)kids menu: my we ordered the kids chicken bowl (-) we had 3 kids with us who meanwhile slept in the lobby (-)pool water was very murky, with unsupervised kids running around and shrieking (-)offer to assist with luggage despite my arriving with two kids (-) some 10 families waiting with kids (-)originally had 4 guests, 2 adults 2 kids
