decent sized room overall. nice quiet location with ample parking. bed was comfy.

of you stay, i recommend parking in the front overall was budget friendly and the staff was very friendly

room was clean, decent quality overall for a cheaper hotel, room had a fridge, free breakfast and parking, big

someone of the guest smoking marijuana close to the entrance.

that, and pet-friendly, were the 2 reasons i chose that hotel

this is a pet friendly hotel and right outside the elevator doors was a small

large groups of kids yelling and screaming in the hallway all night

after a long day of driving, and showing up with grouchy kids and tired grandparents, the swimming pool,

it was loud outside as people were fighting in the parking lot

the elevator was broke and the take out breakfast could have provided milk and orange juice.

reservation said the hotel came with continental breakfast and free wifi, but the hotel did not provide either

they didn t charge for late checkout, but it was only 1 hour more of time. allows pets.

super noisy. walls were very thin and could hear people and pets easily.

parking lot is dark, not lit; i did not feel safe

room warmed up quickly, beds were comfy, and loved the kitchen area, that had almost everything i needed

old sock and crumbs busted bathroom door trash all over the parking lot don't ever stay

it was on the first floor and looked right out into the yard / parking lot

is a super short walk to all the broad ripple restaurants and the monon trail is just past the parking lot

the staff was friendly, and the bar and lounge downstairs had a good selection of drinks

loved the little extras that were available like snacks and bar items if you wanted

the little bar inside the hotel was so cool.

the pool was extremely cold obviously not heated

advertised indoor pool and spa with beautiful pictures, but has been permanently closed a while

pool closed by health board. shower switch very hard to pull up.

of homeless people sleep in the parking lot of the hotel

very clean , updated rooms. very quiet and well lit parking lit.

they allowed me to park my semi on the end of the parking area

was dirt, the blanket had so many stains, they don clean your room, charge service dog as a pet

no coffee maker in the room. very small tv. spotty wifi.

were no face towels in my room at all, there is free wifi but the connection was not consistent and i stayed

pool was closed, bullet holes in the glass doors when leaving the building multiple glass doors

breakfast was a joke, muffins, and a banana, and yogurt

did you not serve breakfast at the indianapolis location at 21st street and shadeland avenue

that they serve breakfast and drinks in the morning to get you going

the breakfast alone, is worth the stay. trust me.

the hotel is new and modern. the room was very large and comfortable. breakfast was amazing.
