decent sized room overall. nice quiet location with ample parking. bed was comfy.

of you stay, i recommend parking in the front overall was budget friendly and the staff was very friendly

what breakfast?

breakfast was lacking told their were be muffins and decaf coffee but they didn't have either

laundry soap had to be purchased at the front desk and was expensive

there's a laundry area, breakfast in the morning, guest and staff are friendly

i personally didn't take part in the breakfast offerings but my husband did! he enjoyed it!

i called in the morning to get an early check in, he remembered my name when i arrived

was incredible, breakfast was great, the room and location was perfect

the breakfast was plentiful and fresh

carpet floor in the room looked stained and old. the laundry room was dirty

to report, just miss the free breakfast

gym and business area would not be available but when i arrived the reception/restaurant and bar areas were also being renovated

the parking was pretty good and easy access to get in

was done in the lobby when we walked in work storage containers all over the parking lot the fitness center and pool were shut down

we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that had lots of different things to choose from

was comfy, laundry facility was clean and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly

and the pool and hot tub were fun for the kids

loved the little extras that were available like snacks and bar items if you wanted

the little bar inside the hotel was so cool.

the staff was friendly, and the bar and lounge downstairs had a good selection of drinks

it was on the first floor and looked right out into the yard / parking lot

is a super short walk to all the broad ripple restaurants and the monon trail is just past the parking lot

the breakfast is great

i asked for a late check out and they accomodated

the pool area and spa tub were very clean and spacious

clean, friendly & helpful staff, quiet, good breakfast

the pool could be a little warmer, but overall it was a very nice stay.
