the room smelled like smoke when it was non smoking

pool was not open and the room had roaches also ran out of hot water and had to turn it to the

globs of hair floating in the pool

i chose this motel because i could have my pets in the room with me for no additional charge

this is what i call a pet friendly motel

clean and maintained, the location is close to the airport but not too close to hear the planes, pet friendly

there is a microwave in the laundry room where the ice machine and vending machines are

i loved the location it was about 30mins away from the parks we took the kids to.

i booked this room, i was looking for a pet friendly hotel as i was going to have my dog with me

the bar was great had lot of variety and food was very good too.

pool was overcrowded.

and hallways were very warm, renovations going on in rooms towards pool with items in the hallway and no workers

room was clean, wifi worked well, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.

one night i was trying to do laundry and the guy at the front desk came to tell me that the laundry room closed

too many lights in parking lot. lit up like a football field..lol

the gym was awesome, as was the free fancy (fruit-infused) water in the lobby

a family with small kids was in the adjoining room and the door provided no sound proofing

oh and the wifi cost extra plus no breakfast bar just coffee

there is so much hidden cost to stay here. paid parking, room service

it said breakfast was $1per guest

the kitchens could use a toaster oven and the breakfast needs a

hot breakfast, large room, nice pool, apartment style kitchenette

kids were told by staff that waffles (favorite) were available sunday morning

near the galleria and all meetings i had during the week. free parking.

i came downstairs for breakfast 2 during my stay and the guy working the front desk never spoke to me, yet

location, comfortable bed, and great breakfast
