the equipment in the gym on the fourth floor really needs maintenance and in some cases, replacement

access to cleveland clinic and ease of obtaining shuttle service as needed

breakfast bar is by far the best i have ever enjoyed during any of my many travels

room service was exceptional and the bathrooms are huge and nice.

too many kids in the pool splashing around so we couldn't swim (would have liked if there was someone

maggie and her team did a great job of making the weekend special for the kids by putting letters to santa and

room service is a must if you stay the breakfast was delicious

room service was good. beds were great. shower was great! view was excellent!

it was also walking distance to the flatts and the jacobs pavillion where i took my kids to a concert

no frills, but everything works, including free wifi
