exceptional we immediately booked to return in november with our kids

two of the machines in the gym didn't work

the wifi was very poor and very difficult to hold a connection

the room was beautiful with a lake view, the dinner, bar and grill were all exceptional and breakfast too

the views,the walks,easy parking close to hotel,the food was excellent,staff good,will be back.

friendly staff, near town centre with free onsite parking and good food

rooms were petite but had good tv channels & everything was clean & tidy within the rooms themselves

i m sure this hotel is advertised as pet friendly, but i missed that somewhere in the booking

the bar person said they didnt have that ingredients, so between him and the bar manager they agreed to

food in bar was delicious and barman was very welcoming, chatty and told them of areas to visit in area

was super friendly, rooms were awesome and clean, food was good and room service avail, great location, delicious

i lost my wifi because of network change and found it difficult to locate the hotel

other staff we encountered including fynn in the bar were friendly and keen to help if anything was needed

excellent rooms and staff. eat in the bar and food subperb. highly recommended
