the pool was a little cold.

your 24 hour day shuttle was awesome, breakfast was delicious! i loved staying there!

free breakfast and dinner, popcorn amd soda! they were so amazing!

we were only expecting the complementary breakfast in the morning

the shuttle to the airport was super fast and convenient, even at 430 am

over all i loved the place and the fact it had a pool will be staying there

pool was cold it needs a heater in it for sure

i asked for a late check out and not to be by the elevators and was accommodated

i was on the 3rd floor towards the end of the hall, there was a laundry and someone was drying clothes with lots of buttons (or whatcit seemed like) until at least

right off the interstate and tie laundry is available all night.

i was told about how to best utilize the laundry and where to park, so i could keep an eye on my car

moved us into another room and it was not cleaned dirty laundry and towels and the tub was filthy

dated; stained bed skirt; needs a facelift. gym very dated, poorly ventilated

room service was a huge plus, and the pool and outdoor terrace area was very nice

pool was fun. hotel clean and lots of things walkable.

there was an evening staff when i came back from an event late named raya, who was absolutely amazing

amazing they made us feel so welcome and acted like we were the only ones there they treated my kids ( 1 and 3) like they were family super sweet and very pleasant can wait to go
