beautiful room, had smart tv, wifi, kettle, cups, tea and coffee, chair, comfy bed

just the parking buh is understandable

i spoke to a member of staff as i wanted a late check out and she was very accommodating with my request

free wifi was also a bonus

he upgraded us to a 2 bedroom flat with kitchen etc and was very helpful and welcoming

member of staff allowed me to use their kitchen to reheat the fast food i bought

with noise from the cars outside and one blackout blind was missing so sleeping was not good the kitchen lacked

was no kitchen equipment (no cutlery, plates, glasses or pots)

sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but don t think it s designed for adults more for kids

we had a room for 4 me my wife and two kids 14 and 9

breakfast was perfect and so was the service they provided in the evening (you can enjoy the bar till 1 am)

at other hotels, the charge for a pet has also included, for example, provision of a pet blanket and a food

kids running up n dwn past our room and in the dining room ,it was very noisy

the kitchen was well equipped too

wifi was easy to connect to and seemed fast, so brilliant for working too

there are also some nice affordable places to eat around, we recommend kantin kitchen for breakfast

also pet friendly at no extra cost

extremely steep and inaccessible if you had any type of challenge with mobility or very young kids

i haggled and finally received 5 off plus a free beer from the bar and silver bowl to place in the sink to

on site bar and restaurant not open when we arrived at 7pm
