our room was next to the laundry room and it was nosy as hell

place is not clean ,there is no room service channels on the tv are not playing,towels are not in good

the reception there is an entrance with green lawn facing the laundry, it gives a scary entrance it's a bit far

requested early check in, booked deluxe room with a large double bed but on my arrival i’ve paid r500 for

they said they were in the laundry but we had to make a trip to reception 3 times asking for towels and they
