musty cigarette odor in a non smoking room

although it was a non smoking room

the beds had holes in them from cigarette smoke, and i thought there was no smoking in the rooms, my overall

the pool/hot tub could have been warmer

the worst was that their was a lot of people but not a whole lot of parking so we had to park towards the end

game room not attached to bar so we could play pool, foosball, and air shuffleboard with our kids

room service was ok.

no breakfast buffet, no options in room service for breakfast or dinner

the bed frame on one side was not fully secured and could have fallen on my kids.

restaurant and bar staff were lovely and went out of their way every visit.

all the other holiday inn that i ve stayed at breakfast was always free

however, the pool, walkability, and wi-fi were below expectations

family and i were discriminated at this hotel, we were swimming in the pool and a group of jewish people walk

much i paid for a room and the fact that i had to pay even more for breakfast 165 for a king bed and 10 a person

were travelling with a service animal and found this pet friendly motel

no wifi. if i was staying there on business i would of had to pay to use it.

i believe you shouldn t have to pay for wifi that it should be included in the room charges.

arrived to find that our room was a 'smoking room

i loved the fireplace inside room it was very cozy not much for log $3 so i spent bout 20 they also have

the jacuzzi and the parking was ok. front desk was very nice. area was ok.

were cigarettes burns all over room, and it is ok for a smoking room but if the sheets have holes throw them

too smoking in the room and too much noise in middle of the night
