the jacuzzi and the parking was ok. front desk was very nice. area was ok.

i liked the fireplace. and spa tub

com rate was for king suite with spa smoking@ $138+tax

i was excited about the spa tub but once i physically saw the lack of maintenance for it i refused to get it

the parking lot was full of snow and ice, it was horrible trying to drive through.

to get more things they said we don’t have items what’s finished it’s finish some time my kids stay there without brack

booked this hotel knowing i’d be checking in late 10:00pm after taking my 6, 8 & 10 yr old to a kids bop concert

machines were out of order, the gym was not completed or available, and there was no laundry room

gym and stairwell open room key should be necessary to enter breakfast options nowhere close to

my kids love it

good kitchen

the kitchen(stove, cabinets, full fridge, coffee maker, toaster), the the laundry facility, the area, and the closet area

kitchen ammenities were great

newly designed...kitchen, bed, nice frig.

the stove top in the kitchenette does not work.

ease of check in and the fact that we were granted a late check out by 1 hour

they plus was having available laundry on site.

large room, clean. daily housekeeping. helpful front desk staff. could do laundry there.

the first issue not enough towels and at 5:00 the laundry staff was already gone so the attendant borrowed a towel from another room

my room only time it worked even a little was in the the bathroom inside the bathtub , i did my laundry while there , the washing cost me 2

i was able to do our laundry in the 2 washers & dryers they gad available

the in-house breakfast was well planned, tasty,and more than adequate

breakfast was good. it made my stay even better and easier than it would have been otherwise.

the breakfast area is very nice and the swimming pool and gym are good too

that i accidentally broke a drinking glass and i expected a little more options from breakfast.

the wifi connection didn’t work for us the kids didn’t like that part
