only issue we had was that multiple times there were not enough towels by the pool and i had to wait very very

mainly due to the choice of restaurants and also because it had a big swimming pool, gym and spa

our room was very clean and confortable, at first the wifi connection wasn t working that well but it was

instead of three kids it shows three adults

was worth it because you got special menus others didn't get, a special more private pool, breakfast at locations

understand the importance of spas, excursions, private dinners, etc

furthermore the beach is not very nice, the spa is overpriced and you can only use the sauna if you book one

they have activities all day long -pool valley ball was our favorite, and you can rent jet ski, boat, schedule

el velero had big rooms with comfy beds, fantastic ocean views, and a great pool area right by the water

rooms are very comfortable with good facilities the chef the staff the parking and the beach, so glad ad i stayed

a/c and wifi worked perfectly

ocean is calm over there really perfect for kids

also restaurant and bar are great

there were two pools to choose from also

the pool was lovely and easy to access, the staff were very friendly, and they were happy to

was close to sewage vent the sink was inconveniently located in the bedroom being close to the kitchen the staff

this meant we could hear everything from the kitchen so was woken nice and early when they started breakfast

the description never mention nothing about extra charges to use the gym, and is very expensive for the price

the private plunge pool, the food, the service, the beach

the rooms were lovely and private, and the main pool was perfect

i highly recommend the included breakfast, it was sooo worth it

as it is adults only the hotel is very quiet

generally, i think parking a car (early) shouldn t be too big of a deal

the location is strategic to go to many beautiful beaches of guanacaste and has parking

there is no room service and the kitchen is limited

the pool is right in the center of all the bungalows and is very much a shared experience

the bungalows are beautiful, the pool is magnificent and the hotel is very quiet as there are only a few bungalow

our stay at this small 'resort': a comfortable room, excellent wifi for us, shady patio/garden & pool view,

only air conditioning in the bedroom- not kitchen area

i highly recommend walking to the beach (10 minutes) as parking can be very tricky as it's all parallel

the lamp in our living area was falling apart and some of the surfaces in the kitchen could use some updating

the best bit was the plunge pool in the patio and the total seclusion we had, whilst being only a 10 minute

stayed in a villa that had a private small dip pool and had views of the ocean

there was also a gym and yoga area we used each morning

the pool is fabulous with a great swim up bar and nice little restaurant on site

hotel is very outdated, kitchen and bathroom especially, there vere bugs crawling , huge cockroaches, ants,

the pool and the swim-up bar/outdoor breakfast tables are in the center with each suite surrounding it,

nothing. swim up pool bar wasn t open but don t think i would have used it much anyway.
