the outdoor is amazing (pool and hamac), you can use the fridge and cook there

helpful staff, the option of breakfast if you want it or prepare your own in the small kitchen area of your

breakfast was fantastic, the room was clean, comfortable and steps from the pool

room service were poor and some days they didn t give us towels

they have no real facilities for guests to make you feel preferred apart from a breakfast restaurant and sone

we traveled with friends and had an absolute blast learning salsa, hitting the gym and relaxing on the beach

there is a quieter pool but this lacks amenities, the bar there closed at 3 and the restaurant wasn t open

pool didn t stay open later

food was very abundant but not the best quality specially for breakfast

service was great, food was delicious, and the pool was really nice

the resort could use a game room for kids and teens

bartender in time out bar refused to serve drinks to our table at 10pm stating the bar was closed

room service is 24hrs

the location is strategic to go to many beautiful beaches of guanacaste and has parking

there is no room service and the kitchen is limited

the pool is right in the center of all the bungalows and is very much a shared experience

the bungalows are beautiful, the pool is magnificent and the hotel is very quiet as there are only a few bungalow

only air conditioning in the bedroom- not kitchen area

the weather was very hot in tamarindo, and the hotel's pool was a great way to cool off

the construction workers even took up 80% of the parking spaces, leaving no spots for guests and forcing us to

we even used a wifi booster in the room and the internet still did not work

if you have a car they have parking which is very hard to find in that section

even it s small, it has everything, fridge, good ac, good wifi, body lotion, sofa, hangers

our spacious room was perfect for the four of us (our two kids had their own separate beds)

the lamp in our living area was falling apart and some of the surfaces in the kitchen could use some updating

the best bit was the plunge pool in the patio and the total seclusion we had, whilst being only a 10 minute

stayed in a villa that had a private small dip pool and had views of the ocean

there was also a gym and yoga area we used each morning

the pool is fabulous with a great swim up bar and nice little restaurant on site

hotel is very outdated, kitchen and bathroom especially, there vere bugs crawling , huge cockroaches, ants,

the pool and the swim-up bar/outdoor breakfast tables are in the center with each suite surrounding it,

nothing. swim up pool bar wasn t open but don t think i would have used it much anyway.
