traveling for a week we needed to do laundry and was so grateful for guest laundry facility on second floor

there was more spa availability, wasn t able to get to it this time but hopefully next time

i asked to have late check out the did give until 1 pm

i was disappointed that there was no room service available but to make matters worse breakfast downstairs

artisan is a great restaurant with a nice bar and patio

room service food came barely warm

they were able to accommodate an early check in for us

not the property but the noisy guests kids late at night and early hours of the morning

the lack of parking was a pain.

wanted to do laundry but dryer was broken, lots of friends sitting at bar when we walked in very loud bartender

was super clean, everything is easily accessible; room location, pool, gym, ice machine, and the beds are really

my kids enjoyed the pool very much and the complete staff was very friendly and attentive the whole

pleasant staff, very pet accomodating, rooms simple but clean and comfortable

and one of the only ones in the area that allow people to stay with pets

there was adequate parking with an electrical plugin which we had permission to use from the front desk for

large room with kitchen. pet friendly with lots of grass area. quiet and clean.

the location is ok, rooms all have outdoor direct access and look at parking lot and there was plenty of area

wifi cut out no exhaust fans in bathrooms saturday breakfast was not fresh

it would be nice to have utensils and plates and glasses in the kitchen since they are suites

the taxi man said he would call the hotel to ask the shuttle bus to come and that i

shuttle driver 10/14 was exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to eat

shuttle to hotel was very accomodating, 24 hours availability

the pool was chilly but still great, and the hot tub is so awesome i didn't want to leave

was convenient to i 91 it was quiet and the staff was very nice and added benefit was the breakfast which was

beautiful place on golf course. pool but no hot tub. nice restaurant/bar.

room was clean and breakfast was great staff was amazing
