tried to order room service from the bistro downstairs

of the front desk workers accusing my kids that they were not guests at the hotel

the hot tub was broken but that wasn’t listed either so when my kids got into the cold water they found out

gated, free parking. immaculate.

room was very clean and comfortable. pool and hot tub was amazing! breakfast was good.

they also waived the pet fee for our german shepherd:) the hotel has always been pleasant but how they handled this

friendly staff, frank was great! love the river views and the breakfast was good.
