the laundry ladies are adorable and help you when you need

i went there for an early check in because im homeless and im not from here im new to the area i had just got a job and

there were two people in the room but the only one set of towels i was told to go down to the laundry room to get another set

i didn’t like anything but i was glad they had a laundry room

laundry equipment was lacking and costly

i arrived a wee bit early and asked for an early check in

property, gorgeous views, pool deck and interior pool and spa were fantastic areas to relax, each in their own right

everything the gym ,pool and spa were excellent staff couldn t do enough for you

friendly staff, breakfast

spa was too busy...

i used the pool, gym, sauna, steam and hot tub every day

enjoyed large corner room. in the bar received free tea....very accomodating

valet would be nice. cooler bar area

hotel bar and restaurant was also closed due to low occupancy (due to covid)

bartenders and robbsen was great to us at check in and each time saw them

internet should be complimentary, the gym was really small and didn’t have pool or sauna

i see a pamphlet in the room showing where the pool conference rooms and workout center are located, so i don t have to make an unnecessary call

disappointed there wasn't an outdoor pool. other than that though, great property

, considerable used room service items and food delivery bags in the hallways)

the staffs reception, gym facilities and the food.
