wifi doesn t work on computers (it was ok on my phone for a few days but not my entire stay)

a customer's pet defecated in the hallway and the manager did not put any caution signs

local police department is aware of it i was glad to see their occasional presence through the parking lot

parking sucks, police were every where, people hanging out , smell like crack cocaine being smoked,

furthermore, there was a large dog staying there (they are pet friendly) that would not stop barking

pool was perfect

out did themselves with the rose petals in the room

everything the gym ,pool and spa were excellent staff couldn t do enough for you

pool was over crowded

property, gorgeous views, pool deck and interior pool and spa were fantastic areas to relax, each in their own

wifi would've been helpful with what we payed for the upgrade

room service, no valet parking, we had power cut during our stay and no one was there to fix

room service, no breakfast included

lobby bar service was excellent and the food was good and convenient

website stated that they were pet friendly

hospitality at the front desk was amazing along with the room service

lobby is beautiful, closer to where we were headed for the weekend and the kids loved the pool

pool was a good size with great city views

only water available was through room service or purchasing through the hotel gift shop or lobby coffee shop

i see a pamphlet in the room showing where the pool conference rooms and workout center are located, so i don

didn't get any cleaning room service and i don't know why

room was perfect, the pool area is adorable and soothing, and the water they provide for your hotel room is

after checking out, i dined at the normandy kitchen & bar, where i had a delicious breakfast with fruits and

sure to put out your do not disturb sign otherwise room service will come barging in room about 8am

also pool was open late - helpful with kids

there were some kids running up and down the hall screaming for a while but that was the parents' fault, not

bar the lounge area, the swimming pool, the pool table

was busy, so parking was hard to find

police activity and sketchy people in the parking lot

price was a good value. lots of parking.

the pool was nice and friendly staff! very close to restaurants and shopping.
