is the only place w indoor pool and hot tub

need to redo the parking lot

great weekend breakfast. weekday breakfast okay. wifi usually good but sometimes spotty.

the wifi was no good it kept knocking us off

of the staff ran into my car with a golf cart

room we got was advertised as having a kitchenette

quiet, medium-sized cabin with a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, plus an outside balcony right next to a

view from the balcony of villa 17 faced the exit of the food lion parking lot, so at night we continuously were

level of folks in room next to us after 11 pm - wasn t able to sleep and a pool would have been

room, friendly hotel staff, excellent breakfast and great location

is close to the town, it is reasonable, air was perfect, breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and

the pool wasn't available.

there was a dog across the hall, and could see cats in a 1st floor window from the parking lot

arrival, there were 4 police officers in the parking lot

there were not a lot of food options for breakfast.

was informed at check-in that all smoking rooms were on the second floor

had an electric fireplace in our room that didn't work

tv didn't have enough channels to choose from and the wifi was trash..

no phone service in area wifi did ok but couldn't get calls or make calls

clean , fireplace in room breakfast was very good very crowded

wifi kept going in and out and the room could of been much cleaner.

the pool was a great relaxation point every evening

the parking lot and the entrance to the room are very dark at night, and the place is a little tough to

kinda hard to pull out of parking into main road.

it has a small screened in porch with rockers facing the river, a completely equipped kitchen area, separate

location to the casino was a little far but worth the money charged.

it was clean. the staff was nice and they served a full breakfast.

pool was not clean and breakfast was not good.

room was a little musty and the pool was closed due to the emergency phone not working

the bacon at breakfast could be cooked a little more but everything else was great

larger selection of breakfast items and the laundry room open later

nice quiet place for you to go to. you can sit by the creek or swim in the pool. very relaxing

are great with communicating and with pet accommodations as well as after hours checkin

internet sucked. had to use hotspot to watch tv and phones wouldn't pick up the wifi.

issue is the website advertises there us free wifi

the employees were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was very good.

they were very accommodating for my group. love the fact that they were pet friendly.

i didn't eat because dinner friday night and breakfast sat

staff- comfortable bed- totally redone top to bottom- outdoor bar and sitting area- mountain views

laundry facilities weren't available but staff told us they were operational, wasting our time and

second visit, really comfortable mattress! the bar and restaurant are excellent.

all the people at the desk and bar were so nice

the property is in a beautiful location. the multilevel indoor pool was extremely nice!

the pool area and gym are great and both mountain and city views are nice

beds are comfy, view is amazing, hotel is beautiful, kids loved the pool area

it is a shame there is not a bar or restaurant on the top floor of the hotel

breakfast could have been expanded but personnel were great.

we love the convenience of the property. our kids loved the bunk beds as well.

wifi worked well (after request for different network)

the bunk beds were awesome for the kids but there was no privacy for the adults

loved the room and the bunk beds way better then having two queen beds the kids love sleeping separately

clean rooms. kids loved the bunk beds.

big tv which the kids loved, comfy beds, it was an excellent stay

spa bath!

they even offered to keep the pool open another 30 minutes for us

easy to navigate, great views from the suite overlooking the golf course, extremely friendly staff that makes

property was in great condition i had a great time, the golf course is one of my favorites and i enjoy playing

we played the golf course and it was beautiful and followed the

i booked this place i was under the impression that we would have a jet tub and a fireplace, per the description

air conditioner was broken, walls are paper thin, parking lot lights light up the room all night

wifi didn't work at all, tv remote buttons had to be pushed multiple times to

the wifi did not work, so that meant we were not able to use the tv at all

parking could be tight with our long pickup but they had sufficient parking that we were

room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including wifi
