the breakfast was 10/10 & the room was absolutely fine

has such a homely & welcoming feel to the place, staff couldn t do enough for you & the bar is the perfect place to unwind

food in the bar was much enjoyed as was the included breakfast next morning

not ideal with 3 small kids but understandable that maintenance needs to be carried out

were outstanding we had family gathering and bar manager darragh jnr could not have accommodated us enough and made it such a special

things calmed for a while when some of the kids left (for bed, we thought) but they returned in their pyjamas and sat around in groups on the

service, comfort room, nice bar and restaurant, very good and helpful team, close to the city

2nd year going for winterval,and the fitzwilton is ideal for us as a group of 8 adults and 2 kids

it was probably in the description that i overlooked, but there was only a shower and we had two kids under 4 with us

there was a a great park within walking distance for our kids to play

the room was a great size and very clean and the menu had plenty of choice for adults and kids and was delicious too

no lift down to our rooms, was awkward with buggy, bags and 5 kids.

it has a kids club which my daughter liked a lot, an access to a fitness center with pool

a large hotel that was very clean and well looked after nice pool and sauna area

required a knack to get it working and the pool which isnt just for guest use had unsupervised kids and really made it

much appreciated and benefited from the early check in upon availability and the late check

by the time we arrived, bar food was no longer available, and the range for room service was very limited

kalyan was on my room service she s a dote as a matter of fact your staff are warm friendly and nothing was a
