we liked the lounge availability with coffee/tea biscuits and cakes and the breakfast was delightful

was perfect for exploring, spa was excellent

location to golf course and also doing sightseeing in the area

a party of three (residents) arrived from playing golf

cereal,and cooked breakfast,loved this boutique hotel and hope to return soon and experience the spa facilites,in this gorgeous hotel in beautiful ballyliffin

no cooker in the kitchen.

the kitchen available for the guest was a great thing

place, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the owners were lovely and the kitchen facilities were good

no kitchen, ofcourse its only b&b so can't expect more

the pool was ok freezing though

we arranged an early check in as we were attending a family function and needed to change

kids breakfast shouldn't be the same price as adult breakfast

evening we arrived and a christening taking over the whole bar on the next day the saturday with kids running everywhere

good hotel everything you need in the one place bar, restaurant, parking and good wifi.

hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate my request for early check in, as i was attending a wedding nearby, to the extent of even ringing me that morning

nothing to be honest. i'd probably have liked the pool to be a little warmer but that's just me

we got room service for our breakfast the next morning which wasn t great and was cold

i arrived at the hotel @ 11 am and had laundry i was hoping they could take

floors with bathroom, bedroom and a small living area on the first floor and a second bedroom and kitchen upstairs

that being said, the apartment was very nice, it had a little living room and kitchenette

ideal for a couple as it has a bedroom, small shower room, living room and kitchen

lovely restaurant and bar with well priced food and drinks

areas could have been cleaner - sheets, floors, kitchen, etc

and hospitable and the place was in easy reach of the town, had all the facilities at hand and a kitchen and everything was easily accessible, would definitely recommend and even come back myself
