the fee to late check out 5pm was more than what i paid for the

non-refundable pet fee of $100 was a bit much in my opinion but unfortunately you are limited in options when

the parking is cheeper and easily accessible it will be awesome if they provide in room care for kids

gym was poor, breakfast buffet was on the light side as far a choice

the staff had put out some petals on the bed and had lovely music playing in the room

breakfast, parking service, dining, gym, room comfort

no room service presently .. but that's the fault of the pandemic not the hotel.

we had a problem new year's eve with kids running the halls and making unacceptable noise for several hours

wifi is fine

location pet friendly ease of arrival and departure. you just pull up and they park your car

also, it's next to the gym, if you want to go train at nights in the weekend, prepare yourself to walk past

we had 3 rooms for 4 nights-really good value good a family and kids lived the pool

gym and pool facilities were great

loved the early check in as it allowed my family to rest after a red eye

stores have moved into rideau centre, leaving many store fronts for lease and a hangout area for kids

gym and caffe in the room

wish wifi was a bit faster.

the swiss hotel was charming, clean and cozy, we had a nicely decorated room with a fireplace

not a very comfortable bed, bad wifi (weak signal and regular disconnects).

wifi connection was challenging to get on

the stay included a decent breakfast

good breakfast. beds were clean comfortable. staff were very good.

easy parking access, and huge morning breakfast 7-10am.

we had all the free water we could handle kids loved it

the gym is a bit sad

my only criticism would be that the breakfast area was too crowded with bus loads of kids

the house does not match the photos. the kitchen, the apartment, everything was old and dirty.

lots of parking space

wifi didnt work for part of the stay

late check out

my son was able to talk to them to be able to go to the pool

great parking
