pool is really smelly

free breakfast in the morning to a beautiful moutin view in the eatery section

we're grateful for their home cooked breakfast, too

bait ng mga staff and peaceful yung lugar and they always say yes talaga if ever my request ka early check in

very relaxing overlooking and the top deck bar is exceptional

is fine from the room, staff but my only concern is the breakfast location

mababait ang staff, especially yung incharge sa pool area

breakfast delivered to our room, kaya saves time that we still enjoyed swimming in the pool

there is 24 hour room service though

not a big fan of the breakfast buffet food choices and how slippers were not part of the amenities, but that

they have clean rooms and pool

the pool was clean and we were lucky kasi it was not crowded

if the resort is old their room is clean as well as the pools

they provided what we asked for, which is a ground floor room for 4 adults as we have a senior/elderly parent

they allow early check in for an additional fee

facilities is not especially when you early check in they will charge extra money for that which is not good i

we were early in the area and wondered if we could check in early and they accommodated us free of early

and things were good in our stay only that use of their pool needs extra pay

are not allowing to swim without payment i have to pay additional charges if i needs to use the pool

but the only thing we disappointed is the pool

approachable yung staff, after booking sa app meron free food and pool access pero when i get there wala daw sa

i tried to see if they could accommodate me for an early check in

also, the room smelled like sweat that has been dried or laundry that was not aired

i think nagttipid sila sa laundry peri not safe kasi makati at amoy pawis ung last na beddings na na encounter

both so nice and very apologetic that laundry was late

staff were friendly and assisted with my early check in request

there is a swimming pool where kids can enjoy and have fun

we checked the caffee and pool but it was closed

it lacks the pool and other facilities unlike the higher ends hotel but the room itself is huge and respectable

of property shows a pool, there is no pool, no restaurant, need trick or taxi to travel to bcg

hotel just need a little amenities so guest can have a little umwind moments like swimming pool

i booked the room,, i requested for early check in but it was not granted on the day of my check in

though there are no other amenities like a gym or pool
