no smart tv breakfast was terrible and cold. almost inedible

breakfast is always the same, which is kind of boring for those staying longer periods

the bonus is having access to the shopping mall from the hotel, which is pet friendly, and a myriad of dining

breakfast was too basic

breakfast ok, however the expresso machine was broken. room very silent, bed excellent.

wifi. small room. extreme low budget.

the bed was comfortable, rooms clean and wifi was quite good.

wifi could have been better

and comfortable rooms in the vicinity of restaurants excellent wifi throughout the hotel nice breakfast

localization breakfast and security in neighborhoods

i suppose the room service/restaurant could have more options/availability

also the gym is rather small for the amount of guest that want to make use of it

breakfast buffet was pretty poor - it consisted mostly of pastries and cakes, with some cold cuts

wifi not included

maybe no swimming pool?

comfortable and spacious rooms, extremely clean, and the breakfast had most items produced on premise

breakfast ends at 10 am.

breakfast should have been included, which was a little disappointing.

my order at restaurant was made wrong, with the awful cilantro and my breakfast never arrived

the gym could be better. the palacio is very far from the center.

pools, spa and gym all very well appointed

the tv and wifi was spotty at times and there is a big set of stairs you must climb to get to your room

room service

breakfast was really varied.

more fruit with the breakfast and less cake and other junk foods. black tea should be provided.

good breakfast

breakfast and bed

everything! location, staff, clean room and bathroom, excelent breakfast!!!

it took too long for restaurant room service :/

the receptionist at the spa wasn t friendly at all, very rude actually (it was a guy )

the bar and breakfast area chairs are grubby and layout not great...

the room service was not alpha but i suspect that i was unlucky.

i literally had to order room service to ask for a tea, i think that s ridiculous

check-in & check-out line, room service team is really unprofessional

very friendly and thoughtful staff, clean and spacious room, nice rooftop pool
