loved the pool

poor breakfast, soggy eggs and stiff sausages. airport shuttle was not 24/7

the breakfast was yummy, & the coffee was unexpectedly good

hot breakfast, very comfortable beds, good transportation to the airport and very nice staff

guest services were limited, like items on the shelf to purchase; the guest laundry facility was actually the

wifi was not serviceable

shower was loud and creaky, the bed is hard and the sheets and blanket were a little stiff, kitchen has no

clean and full kitchen

the gym was gorgous and the illy coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus

so many kids in the pool while our infant was swimming but other than that nothing.

hotel states that they are pet friendly, but in fact far from being pet friendly

would love it if the hot tub was warmer- but it may not be too hot because of the kids.

this hotel offered a complimentary full breakfast and dinner. we hardly spent any money on food.

we didn't eat at the hotel but there was a bar and lobby area that had ample and comfortable seating to eat,

parking lot sweeper or whatever that came thru at night slung junk all over the cars in the parking

my kids also kept telling me the hall smelled like spoiled milk

amd surrounded by a bunch of places to go without ever needing to drive and there was plenty of parking

everything the closeness to the pool wasn t awesome. close to eateries and the casino.

loved that there was plenty of space for my big family and i also loved that there was pool that kept my kids

the washer and dryer were not in a laundry room, just in the hallway

for the casino and convention center were excellent

was extremely clean, staff was friendly, and parking garage on basement level for hotel guests was a nice perk
