facilities were exceptional; swimming pool, snooker table, excercise equipment, gaming area, bar and hot tub

another point to add is that there room we were in got no phone signal and their wifi was sub-par at best, even on a day with hardly any guests

the amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, and off-road parking

the usual beverages & milk, our host left bread, butter, jam, marmalade and a good selection of breakfast cereals for us to enjoy a continental breakfast
