best reasons for us is that we have the view of the southern tip of manhattan every morning at breakfast and in the evening when we come

the room had access to a good gym and came with free breakfast

the layout of the room which had a mini kitchen

bed and bathroom linens were excellent,also all the kitchen facilities

i was now not informed about the laundry service in the hotel

style; location; restaurant and bar are beautiful and spacious; food and drinks quality

is exceptional -- most especially if the weather is nice and you can enjoy the outdoor terrace / bar area on the 5th floor with a view of the statue of liberty

the other hand, when i dined at a small table by the bar at the other end, one evening, the service was risible

gym facilities were lackluster

could ve been more breakfast options for $36, like eggs & a protein

mention they offer a continental breakfast and tell you it s not a big deal, but the reality is that it is more than decent, with

no room service

especially george s for breakfast

no room service - had to go downstairs for toothpaste in the morning

guest laundry, swimming pool and jacuzzi

no room service but they did provide menues and suggestions where ro ordee from.

free wifi speed is slow.

location with kids (15 min path ride from world trade center and one world obervstory)

elevators are all on 1 side of the hallway so you don't get confused when exiting ud83dude02 the bar called o'hara is across the block and has a great vibe, friendly people

laundry facility is useful for travelers

bed was so comfortable and the views from the sun terrace and bar were amazing

i did not like that the bar and restaurant were closed.

i dient check out the gym or but the top floor had a great view

i loved the amenities... the water stations, wine hour, laundry center and computer stations

the rooftop bar and staff were wonderful,the drinks

bar and lounge on 6 floor very relaxing late night after 10pm because it was empty, only a few

the young lady that works the bar on the 6th floor was very nice and actually seemed interested in our trip and

saved on so much stress with flights, staff were incredibly helpful, deli cafe is great, and the bar area on the 6th floor

we had an early check in with no extra charge and a free breakfast !

the room is very nice and have enough space for our family ( two adults and two kids)

the gym was amazing and also empty, which was a plus

bar was weathered and needs updating

great location. good size room for new york. high quality facilities especially the gym.

edie on the entrance was so friendly and made the impression of the hotel even better, our kids so loved him

asked for a 30 minute late check out and was declined

was not prepared for 4 persons at the time of out arrival, we had to wait for stuff for kids - then it was ok

no prices on the menu for room service. it would be better with prices included.

there is a decent gym in the basement with some good equipment, including pelotons

it has the most gorgeous bar and i will be back again soon
