the premises opened out behind a modest front door into an interestingly decorated bar and lounge, then again

all but if you are very particular you do need to walk through a storage type room to get to the bar restaurant

manager went out of his way to help find a parking space which he didn't have to do

the staff were very helpful throughout the weekend with helping us to find parking on the first night, to

had to go down to the bar to ask for the wifi code

the helpful reception staff, the bar staff and the breakfast waiting staff

couldn't connect to wifi and found the lighting a bit dim.

went for my daughters wedding everything was fantastic the breakfast was great

food was excellent and also the spa facilities. breakfast not so good

helpful and smooth check-in, arrived after 10pm and was glad bar was still open as i'd had a long journey and

convenient location with comfortable beds. allowed us a late check out which was very helpful.

the staff were unable to accommodate the advertised room service as the restaurant was busy

flats, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, only 10 mins away from town on the bus

the location is convenient, though the on-site ev chargers are quite slow (7kw), so i d recommend using a

wobbly bath and toilet seat, dirty quilt, lack of utensils in kitchen

room was above a fan which i suspect was in kitchen it was rather noisey first thing in morning

nothing i didn't like really. the wifi signal was poor and the cold tap a bit of a dribble.

the staff were friendly, there's a really good choice for breakfast

beers ect loved it having different rooms ideal a group of people to be ceprate from the main bar a well run

no wifi in bedrooms and poor connection in communal areas.

parking could potentially be an issue if hotel fully booked but it was fine when i was there !!

in hallway and nothing half the tv channels didn t work either but not sure if this was due to wifi not

very accomodating with an early check in

bedside lamp had no bulb though, password for the wifi was wrongly written and the room looked like it could

local to town and secure parking.
