they provided us with microwave on request without any hesitation for warming kids food and bottles

we arrived 4 hours early with the intention of just dropping off our bags but were allowed early check in as our room

the sauna was a daily retreat for me, and the gym, though small, provided my son and i with all the equipment needed for our daily workouts

location was outside of downtown but it didn’t matter because of a complementary shuttle right to downtown

about a half an hour's walk along the main road from the hub of banff, however, there is a free shuttle service and bikes

front desk is good excellent shuttle service

loved the bartender and the wonderful fireplace in the bar and the front desk staff

elevator, indoor pool was out of order

have appreciated wifi but understand it's tricky - we couldn't get cellphone reception there even
