i paid a lot for the pool not to be working and my room was not clean i found items under my bed left behind

i also visited the canyon ranch spa and had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience

we stayed 3 nights during christmas with our kids and then my husband i went back two weeks later for a couples

we loved the big bar area and ample seating there too

my husband and i had to split up and stay with our kids in different rooms and they were 8 rooms apart

hot tub was out of service. while kids swim i'd like to sit in hot tubs.

the jacuzzi wasn t working and then the pool was shut down by the city.

room was small. pool was mediocre. bed was very uncomfortable

breakfast could be a bit better. was just average.

would be nice to have more seating for breakfast - that would be the only complaint.

walls, it sounded like a plane landing, we found out that the room share a wall with the hotel laundry room,

the gym is one of my favorites

we didn't eat breakfast there but the bar was wonderful
