was dirty smelt like someone was smoking marijuana and when we were finally ready for bed we got bit by bed bugs

start off we booked a smoking king room

i asked for non smoking, as i am allergic to cigarette smoke

didn't have a smoking room available.

i was told that if i needed more than one towel then i would have to find the laundry room and see if there

lamps didn't work there was dried blood on the sheets along with cigarette burns but it was a non smoking room

chose a non smoking room and it smelled like someone had just smoke, i also stayed four nights and it was

terrible tv ddnt work nor wifi

i had a queen non smoking room well the new room they moved me to was also a queen non smoking room, but

need a little more variety of breakfast food. and need my deposit released.

and there was nothing to tell us where ice and laundry area was

parking was limited as there were multiple tree trimming trucks.

by pool could have been a little cleaner and the towels could have been brought out earlier but we

i also visited the canyon ranch spa and had the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience

the hotel needs a pool, spa was nice, but we wanted to sit out by a pool

the bar on the top played extremely loud music and people congregated in the hall outside rooms kept us

they did not do any room service daily unless requested the day before, and staying with small kids there tend

breakfast was delicious every morning.

good spread for breakfast. staff very accommodating and did an early 4:30am start for us.

was really nice they also supply soap and dryer sheets for your laundry if you want it

suite room was a bit small for 5 people, that included 3 kids.

the pool area is so fun for baby s and older kids

he woke us up saying that they put my family in a non-pet room, but that we had a pet (something the front desk

room service delivered but it was missing french fries and possibly a side of

hot tub was out of service. while kids swim i'd like to sit in hot tubs.

i took her to pete's dueling piano bar which was literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel

didn't use the pool but would have been better if this was hidden and not overlooking the carpark

i pulled into the parking lot it was very clean and had good parking then when we walked in the door we were

put us in a smoking room and there was a faint marijuana odor in the room

the door lock didn't work properly, the smoke detector was broken and the wifi service was unsecured for me to

nasty rooms no wifi and a guy was shot and killed while we were there

the check in is always very quick and i like their parking in front of the room

toilet didn't even work properly, and the bedding was dirty and full of cigarette burns (non-smoking room)

it besides saying my bank probably just took it the room was pleasant but we were next to the laundry room where

of those in the bathroom i like also did it have the elevator you can go up and down and it was pet

woman staff are rude they also lied about my pet deposit she charged me 40$ that she told me was non refundable
