near restaurants and shopping , 15 minute walk to beach the staff at the hotel and downstairs bar were super

would have liked an elevator and easier parking, but room was as expected.

i appreciated the coffee available in the communal kitchen

the wifi was a little spotty at times and could not navigate the tv. but not a big issue.

the wifi that was provided also didn t work and would cutout every few seconds

i liked the breakfast. i also liked the quick service. the beds were comfortable.

the breakfast wasnt bad just didnt have any varity our room was over all fantastic but none of the

title says not bad for the price for a married couple to get away from the kids

laundry room was clean

and closing of pool hours if it could be from 5 am untill 10:30pm would be great, for people going for business

there were dead flower petals underneath the nightstand, blood on the sheets, dirty footprints in the shower,

there was a nice pool.

parking lot in disarray

comfortable beds. excellent shower. good breakfast. staff polite and helpful. good location.

the friendliness of the staff. the comfy bed and the breakfast.

location was good, parking and cleanliness were good. staff could improve english.

parking and located near local bus route to downtown and applebys, gas station, and other strip

small breakfast room.

finding the parking

kitchen complete

never had a full kitchen in any hotel stay let alone at a place that was so affordable

were pleasantly surprised- the property and room were really nice and clean, parking was ample, and the motel

the staff was nice and there was plenty of parking

i also like the gym and swimming facilities

pool was nice

everything. the front desk staff and the breakfast lady were amazing.

were friendly, the pool was lovely and the whole place is so clean

the food at the placery was delicious and their free breakfast was so good

we had smoking rooms available

even though i ve requested a non smoking room, i could smell smoke from the sheets of the bed

plus sketchy people were smoking dope infront of our

the wifi was non-functional within the room

bad wifi connection

the wifi

weak wifi

wifi was good, fast enough to stream

property parking reception house keeping the room , bed ud83dudecc bathroom and everything was excellent and

very weak wifi!

it was supposed to have been a non-smoking room but by the smell it had clearly been smoked in for years

only negatives (which i had told the desk staff prior to leaving) are; 1- the very weak wifi signal in the room

people were friendly. wifi worked.

parking lot was a nightmare but it was also a snowstorm so thats not really their fault

pet fee is not disclosed at all until you get there, it says free stay for pets but i was forced to

very clean and renovated space. great breakfast and nice pool

parking was crowded and cars parked over the lines made it a bit difficult to find a spot

spacious, free parking, pool access, well mannered staff and the complimentary breakfast

staff was incredibly friendly, parking was plentiful (even with most every room booked), location of the hotel

the pool was great and the breakfast had many options for our family!

she also told a man he would fit in better at the casino hotel because the location is convenient for underclass

i missed info about parking but that may have been my fault

the swimming pool was a tad small and at times was overcrowded.

room service needs to be scheduled, placing the tag on the door is not enough

no pets

good parking facilities

paint fumes. and no pool?!?

no breakfast..its okay

clean and quiet and great location friendly staff lots of parking especially for large vehicles

wifi was good

everything expect the wifi is a bit slow....keeps dropping my calls

the gym was not clean but had good equipment and lysol wipes handy

easy to find. plenty of well lit parking. felt comfortable/safe.

motor lodge being built in the late 50's and many of us kinds from the neighborhood swam in the pool the the

the butts and ashes that first i saw in the parking lot, going up the steps and on the landing when i arrived

fresh coffee and laundry facilities available 24 hours

was here in 1958 when you opened (a number of us used your swimming pool)

good kitchen facilities if desired

easy checkin and super helpful owner, little common area with kitchen and complimentary coffee / tea

it was nice having a kitchen area with a microwave and full sized fridge that allowed me to store some perishable

no pool no breakfast no sugar no secured parking.

fireplace was just for decorations

the pool was great

breakfast, staff, parking

gym could have been better

from front desk (stewart, ace and other staff), housekeeping (michelene) and the lady in your breakfast area

kids running wild all through the hotel

good clean accommodation...with parking and laundry facilities.

there were tons of noisy kids in the restaurant

good location. easy check in process and good breakfast.

breakfast is expensive

the kids were being very loud in the hallway at 130 am

free wifi with good speed

good variety at breakfast.

choices for breakfast, not much variety, my kids or myself did not eat anything because of the limited options

very nice place especially for someone with kids since it offers kitchenette and very comfy hotel

loved the on-site laundry machines

air conditioning and wifi worked well

the pool and gym were amazing

really wish the pool was available

we were attending the wedding and were coming out of town, we requested an early check in upon reservation

beautiful views, very great rooms and room service

there was no room service during our stay

the gym should be more maintained.

no dinner availabe in the hotel and the bar was really small.

then one of the elevators was held up by the housekeeping staff at one point to fold her laundry

:( wifi was not good

$30/night for a pet charge is quite expensive

if parking free will be nice swimming pool heavy bleach smile

pool was great for a swim before dinner

my daughter enjoyed the pool, breakfast, and the friends she made

didn't like the lack of swimming pool, gym and the breakfast wasn't included and the hotel was under renovation

the location was excellent, beds were really confortable and the breakfast was delicious

wifi connection - understandable as there was an internet outage, but feel that we should have been

everything , room, casino, bar .

hotel is not family and kids friendly, kids are not allowed in the pool area, cafe, gift shops, nor restaurant

finally, it wasn't clear the kids wouldn't be able to use the facilities ie

even with two kids who aren t allowed in many parts of the resort since much of it is adults-only we always

shuttle downtown, friendly staff, clean rooms

free breakfast

loved the place. comfy beds, clean, free parking

and the free breakfast is superb

close to downtown. free shuttle service.

new rooftop bar super location, walking distance from all downtown detroit places and

loves the apartment-hotel concept with kitchen and washer/dryer

the roof- top bar is fantastic and has a great view of the city

no bar or food options onsite. limited options for delivery

the gym was of a good size & well very equipped
