the kitchen is excellent and the corner nook for eating was much nicer than a hotel room's usual

concierge and bar staff were great!!

the roof- top bar is fantastic and has a great view of the city

the rooftop bar was impossible to get into - that was disappointing

of architecture in the book tower building and the roof top bar to have drinks at sunset

parking is on the premises, very near i75

blah but worst part when i booked they told me there would be a shuttle to pink concert when i got there they

refreshed and enjoy great breakfast at adjacent clique diner

was wore out in stained rotten food in the fridge in room could not get a shuttle bus to the casino tried to

free parking is amazing, especially with how close it was to downtown

pool, hot tub, restaurants

room service was very prompt and friendly

loved the pool and gym

so much to do! pool and spa is wonderful.

the only problem was we could not get on the wifi. it worked in the lobby but not in the room.

kids would have liked the pool to have been a bit bigger

the gym is a little sparse with only some cardio machines and free weights

nice clean room, breakfast was good, pool was a plus with kids

if parking free will be nice swimming pool heavy bleach smile

was closed, kids disappointed they couldn t have pancakes for breakfast because the maker was out of service

then one of the elevators was held up by the housekeeping staff at one point to fold her laundry

wifi very slow-weak

the view from the gym was amazing

decor was fresh. liked the integration of red. the gym room view of detroit.

the gym could've been located in a more private room, not by the pool

the swimming pool should be at least deeper from one side

close to everything with cool and homey rooms. the pool. nice staff.

room did not have any free water bottles, room service not available (not sure why this is the case as even

self service laundry facility was available i could jog by the river front

snack bar very convenient

the rooms are spacious and they have kitchenettes which are amazing

choices for breakfast, not much variety, my kids or myself did not eat anything because of the limited options

the bathroom and shower was amazing, the kitchen had everything i needed, the tv that greeted me by name, and

complementary breakfast is excellent! we enjoyed.

excellent service and breakfast

pool water cool and the air temperature around the pool was too cool

open pool

it was nice and convenient. my kids loved it. the pool was nice. there are stores all around

good location. easy check in process and good breakfast.

didn t find a breakfast facility in the hotel

pet fee, some construction on the ground floor, some of staff was not friendly

good clean accommodation...with parking and laundry facilities.

just room with bed is good but with small kids its challenging

breakfast, staff, parking

a practical benefit worth noting is the availability of laundry facilities (washer and dryer) a huge convenience

good kitchen facilities if desired

it was nice having a kitchen area with a microwave and full sized fridge that allowed me to store some perishable

easy checkin and super helpful owner, little common area with kitchen and complimentary coffee / tea

shared kitchen space

breakfast was great, fresh sunny side up eggs.

the wifi sucked

the wifi was really bad!

they should heat the pool. brrrrrr. lol

the facility allowed only dogs and at that the per pet charge was excessive in my opinion

a great spacious room, clean and comfortable, pool was great too

wifi works very well

parking spot was an extra payment. not impressed.

it would be nice to have room service especially for breakfast

ordered room service, but was told they were short handed and could not deliver

fantastic property, pool and hottub, fantastic free breakfast , free parking

no laundry facilities

always a good breakfast and coffee

spacious, free parking, pool access, well mannered staff and the complimentary breakfast

no room service

the room was really cozy and the complementary breakfast was excellent

very nice rooms and the breakfast was excellent.

free parking

that there was nothing on television to watch and there was no pool

the wifi was super slow.

parking lot was a nightmare but it was also a snowstorm so thats not really their fault

wifi was extremely weak.

weri bed wifi service. cherag is different on booking.com . customer service is veri bead.

there was also lots of parking close to my room

the way the bathroom was set up, friendly staff, pet friendly

the wifi

the wifi

the parking is huge

it was nice and clean , lots of parking

good wifi

i also like the gym and swimming facilities

were friendly, the pool was lovely and the whole place is so clean

amenities were great and the breakfast was

breakfast area very clean and great selection

clean, friendly efficient helpful staff! awesome amenities! great breakfast!

was super impressed with the ease of booking and checking in/out, my room price, wifi speed, parking availability

has a kitchen but no pots and pans and etc.

the room was clean, the wifi was great, and the parking lot is out of the way of the main road

we received our key for the second floor two beds and it was wonderful, also to have a little kitchenette,

were pleasantly surprised- the property and room were really nice and clean, parking was ample, and the motel

extra exit door that opened to the car parking

small breakfast room.

continental breakfast not good enough

spa tube was perfect and bed very comfortable

the parking lot was nearly full when we arrived, but we did find a spot at the back

nothing. switch me and my daughter to a smoking room .

tried to get in are room kids yelling outside no wifi code nobody to help they close from 10 till 10

the wifi was non-functional within the room

even though i ve requested a non smoking room, i could smell smoke from the sheets of the bed

had booked a smoking room as it was the only one still available through booking

our room was not made up one day during our stay & parking is very limited

-wifi wasn t very good, ended up using my data -continental breakfast was the worst i ve ever

spa tub was filthy

we were expecting a pool. however, we neglected to enquire when we registered

i just wish they had a pool

the spa tub was broken in both rooms

pool to cold

tv was messed up. wifi didn t work. manager is ok with refunding me per norma

parking, room smell

that i wasn't reminded that breakfast was available and the time upon check in.

the location was great, room was clean, wifi was ok!

but were kids skate bording on 2nd level for hours

it was comfortable until i found blonde pet hair in my black dreads when i woke up

the parking lot was full of broken glass.

no problems if you enjoy pet culture living nice rooms ac unit slightly noisey and door safety lock was broken

there was litter in the parking lot too as one vehicle driver/occupants clearly didn t take the effort to

the walls were paper thin so the kids jumping on the bed in the room nextdoor shook the bed in our room

utensils provided for kitchen

and the extras like the gym, wifi, laundry and the kitchenette worked perfectly

my suite had a full kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, and electric cooktop

charged laundry

pool, gym, dining area, spacious parking, large clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast, office area with

maybe to make a pool a little deeper.

my kids enjoyed the pool, the entire family enjoyed the breakfast provided

i would also add that on our second night there we encountered quite a few baseball teams of kids around 10-1

wasnt too much to dislike about the place, if i would say anything i guess the parking could be a bit

the tv was on all night in the next room, turned up loud, and it was on a channel advertising a casino, on

easy to find. plenty of well lit parking. felt comfortable/safe.

parking could have been a bit better, but was adequate

easy parking

no breakfast available

no toaster, hot water boiler, or kitchenware/utensils for use - had to go out and buy our own

didn t get the chance to get into the pool because it was so many kids

they charge the deposit and other hotels have free breakfast and i still haven't got my

breakfast was delicious. so was the location. within minutes of everyplace i needed to ho
