non-smoking room smelled like smoke

the pool wasn't in service

staff, pool was great and well maintained

swimming pool was not open

there was a nice sized pet walking area and the bed was decent

very pet

they are pet friendly and offer breakfast.

also, there was ample parking space on the hotel premise

room was very confortable & updated. breakfast was good.

breakfast was fine

desk clerk stood outside smoking, and when i went to check out he just said,

closer to places also you can bring in a pet

hbo tv... house keeping was good . pet friendly

requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when we entered

room was dirty and smelled like smoke even tho it was a non smoking room, people standing on the second floor

something spilled on the walls of the kitchenette

pool area is nice and clean.

we turned on our fireplace and wasn t told that the tv wouldn t work because it would get so hot

we kayaked on lake erie, enjoyed the beach and pool, loved the restaurants and the staff

clean, kids loved the pool

kids everywhere in the pool with no supervision

loved the in room fireplace as well as the outdoor firepit
