also the indoor pool and jacuzzi was awesome definitely will be back in the future

we had a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette

and no one picked up, finally i called through the hotel general number to find out how to access wifi

nothing except the noise of a barking dog and someone in the parking lot was reving his engine.

wifi was not constant and would go out hours at a time 2-3hrs at inconvenient times such as getting

and the breakfast is always a hit with my kids i will definitely stay here again

courteous and helpful, the room was immaculate, incredibly comfortable, great pool, and top-notch breakfast

staff was friendly and everything was clean! in addition, the breakfast was fresh!

very clean, nice pool, work out area. breakfast had a lot to choose from.

bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and my kids had to spray perfume to try to help it

more time to enjoy it... the kids were sad to leave..

and at this location there was an indoor jacuzzi indoor pool and an outdoor pool the only thing i didn't like

disappointed bout the wifi

i couldn't get into the guest laundry room so the lady at the desk took my pants and shirt to the the hotel

i dont want my pet or myself to be a pain to anyone else

time the floors and beds (including inside sheets) covered in clumps of black pet hair looked completely

drunks at the pool detracted from a family swimming environment

i liked the laundry services. its also quiet and private feeling.

smell, the pictures online did not match in person, although it is a pet friendly place the smell of animals

lots of towels, the kitchen, the beds.

was cute, but tons of ants in kitchen area

also while it says free wifi online, the property does not in fact have any wifi

room only had one tiny trash can in the bathroom; adding one more or two more small ones by the kitchen or by

next door on our right if your staring at entry door from parking were up all night screaming and yelling and

one night was a full blown fight with kids screaming and adults fighting

the tv only had one channel and wifi wasn t working - neither were a major issue.

com said this place offered laundry facilities for customers, and so do the physical signs at the hotel

the kids loved the pool and the staff was superb friendly

wifi didn't work

the pool was very nice ,kids really enjoyed the slides

extremely clean, friendly staff, and great pool with slides for the kids and a hot tub for mom and dad

was no kitchen sink & there were a lot of bugs

ice machine, vending, and laundry unit available

smell of mildew in my room and parking lot view

my kids and there friends had a really good time and will visit again in the future

coming from water park to over look water on balcony

the activities for kids

room was ready early, snoopy was onsite visiting kids, early and late waterpark hours.

noise every hour , kids from other guesses after midnight running past window and yelling ,the bath had mold

over all it was a great place and the breakfast was great.

continental breakfast wasn't for us, but it is accurate as-advertised.

wifi was sketchy in reception for some.

all the amenities restaurants, easy parking and access, by far my favorite hotel i ve ever stayed at great

we were unable to use the pool due to crowded conditions

, especially the pool and the outdoor area and place was very clean , staff very friendly and

beautiful location across from lake erie keyless entry there was a small pool

i returned towels to the front desk after using them at the pool

grounds were immaculately manicured; nice amenities that include pool; pickleball court; fitness center; fire

someone needed to clear the bugs from the pool daily

the pool needed to be attended. the outside areas of the hotel need to be powerwashed.

they also have a few odd policies, wrist bands to be in the pool area that if not returned will charge $35

rooms are spotless, landscaping and pool are lovely.
