accommodating with early check in

we love the shuttle, restaurant staff for the most part, the cooks work very hard and you can tell because the

prior and was fine but husband didnt have hot water the next morning- it was more luke warm, wifi was a little painful and didnt function as it

no room service.

the sleep inn had everything we needed and the pool was so welcome in the heat of

easy to-use laundromat in the adjacent hotel that you have access to as well as a gym and complimentary toiletries

breakfast was very limited only one meat option which were the old school mini microwave sausage

all the staff were very nice. the kids enjoyed the pool. everything was clean.

liked that my room size was upgraded from queen to king when we arrived and that early check in was not an issue

i was told the wrong time and missed breakfast and the neighbours were noisy!

real slept good no noise as before and breakfast was

everything can't say about breakfast didn't eat any

no breakfast in the morning

we first arrived the other girl up front was very rude and did not even try to accommodate an early check in

very accommodating! work with us on early check in.

hotel is next to new hanover hospital, they allowed us early check in so i could sleep off the anesthesia

the friendly service, breakfast included, clean pool, proximity to the beaches, took a 15 min drive to be at the beach

location was in a good safe spot. the breakfast was good and enjoyed the pool.

the staff was wonderful to work with and accommodated an early check in for one of our rooms

the location is nice and having the kitchen was super convenient

king room was very large with nice kitchen

no daily room service due to covid, so if you needed something you had to call

beach access and crystal clear pool

the rooms were clean, we were allowed early check in and the view of the ocean via the balcony was very pleasant

bar out by pool. staff very friendly.

adjoining rooms, easy to access breakfast, close to everything

the outside pool and fire pit were very inviting along side the tiki bar for evening of relaxing

very good breakfast, even though my kids slept through it

it was a nice location. the staff was nice and we got a early check in

the staff was very accommodating when we requested early check in and helped us with booking the best room

beautiful and clean we loved the new walk way from the hotel to the ocean grill and to the tiki bar it makes it so much more

a fitness room was advertised but we couldn't find it

loved the tiki bar and the balcony with the view

walk out to the beach and the view was awesome. indoor pool was nice.

requested first floor and early check in and both were no problem

breakfast was disappointing but that wasn't your fault at all

the kids loved the free popcorn in the lobby

the property was beautiful. beds comfortable, beautiful view. flexible either early check in

would always be an added bonus, and there was a smell around the pool just due to being near a swamp area

couldn’t use pool the last day due to an accident
