the staff was very accommodating when we requested early check in and helped us with booking the best room

that the indoor pool was closed we didn't get to swim any but in all it was a great time stay

comfortable bed, comfortable pool lounge chairs, fitness center, arcade, size of tv in room

pool was under our room, the fitness room was closed and for the price there should have been breakfast

having the ocean grill and pier tiki bar attached is a big plus

it was a nice location. the staff was nice and we got a early check in

the rooms were clean, we were allowed early check in and the view of the ocean via the balcony was very pleasant

plates were brought from the kitchen that were premade with egg and sausage and were not hot

loved the breakfast buffet and the kitchen staff was great

we first arrived the other girl up front was very rude and did not even try to accommodate an early check in

hotel is next to new hanover hospital, they allowed us early check in so i could sleep off the anesthesia
