accommodating with early check in

we love the shuttle, restaurant staff for the most part, the cooks work very hard and you can tell because the

prior and was fine but husband didnt have hot water the next morning- it was more luke warm, wifi was a little painful and didnt function as it

no room service.

was good, downside is no early check in or late check out

the pool is larger so i can swim laps

close to beach; wifi; free breakfast. pet friendly (but pet fee not disclosed)

clean, good breakfast, nice rooms.

i enjoyed the location which over looked a golf green

strange smell in hall by laundry room. entry needed to be swept.

breakfast was very limited only one meat option which were the old school mini microwave sausage

the breakfast did not have a wide variety.

the only complaint i have is that the bananas in the breakfast area were far too green.

liked that my room size was upgraded from queen to king when we arrived and that early check in was not an issue

hotel is next to new hanover hospital, they allowed us early check in so i could sleep off the anesthesia

we first arrived the other girl up front was very rude and did not even try to accommodate an early check in

everything was pretty good there, the breakfast bar was outstanding!!!
